Your supporters will choose from up to 18 Gelato & Sorbetto Flavors including: Chocolate, Sea Salt Caramel, Cookies & Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip, Pistachio, Strawberry, Lemon and More. Dairy free, Vegan and Gluten Free options are always available.

How it works:
Pint card fundraisers are an easy way for your group to raise funds. Family, friends and community members will be excited to help support your group fundraising goal while at the same time supporting a local family owned business. Plus, who doesn’t love Ice Cream? We suggest encouraging your supporters to purchase 2 cards for $20. Each pint of Gelato is approx. 4 servings.
Pint Cards are easy to sell, easy to distribute to your group members, easy to carry and easy to inventory. Plus your supporters receive their pint card(s) at the time of purchase and the cards can be redeemed immediately at Hawley’s Gelato & Coffee located in Downtown Olympia. No shipping costs or distributing merchandise later. Just choose your fundraiser dates, contact Hawley’s Gelato & Coffee, and your cards and promotion material will be delivered to you. Please allow 2 weeks for us to prepare for your fundraiser.
How to determine how many cards to order?
There is a 50 card minimum order. Your group may order additional cards anytime throughout your fundraiser. To determine the amount of cards you should order your group determines the amount of funds they would like to raise. Calculate the number of members in your group that will sell cards. Divide the amount of funds you would like to raise by the number of members selling, then divide again by $5. This is the number of cards you will need to order and sell to meet your goal.
What is the cost to your group?
Cards must be pre-purchased at $5 per card. This includes the cost of printing, delivery of cards, 2 Promotional Posters, tracking sheet templates and thank you letter templates that explain the program and what your group will do with the funds raised. It also includes instruction to your supporters on how to redeem the cards.
How do your supporters redeem their Pint Cards?
Nothing special is needed to redeem a Pint Card, just bring the card into our shop, select the flavor of gelato or sorbetto desired from our case and take home your pint(s). It’s that easy and delicious!!! Your supporters will love it!
What if your group doesn’t sell all of the cards ordered?
At the end of your fundraiser should you have cards remaining you may return the cards for a refund or you may keep the cards and use them for special rewards for your group members or to use for future fundraiser or as gifts. Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of your fundraiser.
